Fuck Clearlight & fuck Simmons & any other Corporate
Monopoly who controls the Sheep through the FILTH they spew.
Q: When and where was Mind Rape formed?
Mind Rape was a vision that’s been going on in my nightmares for
many years waiting to bloom...spring is at hand.
Q: What are some other bands that you have been in?
A few I'm proud of, some not....
Q: Who are some of your influences?
Cliff Burton, Steve Harris, Jaco Pastorius, Dax Riggs...Musically of
course.
Q: How will the people be able to get your music?
3 Songs for download and the old fashioned way...BUYING the SHIT....
Hopefully!!!
Q: What's the first heavy metal/rock show you went to?
The first one to matter was Ozzy's "Ultimate Sin" Tour with
Metallica Touring in support of "Master Of Puppets"...After
seeing Cliff Burton the next day I traded my set of Drums for a Bass and Amp and
have been fucked since...lol
Q: How long have you been playing bass and singing? Did you take
lesson or are you self-taught?
Been playing Bass for 20 years. Self- taught by the masters.... I’m not a
Singer what I do just fits nothing more nothing less.
Q: What is the timetable on putting out a cd?
The demo, which will be available for download as well as purchase, will be
up very soon...We are in the Studio now...The full length "On Your
Knees" will be out in July...
Q: Are you currently using a studio or are you doing it out of someone's
home?
The Reel deal...literally...lol
Q: What is the process, with you being the main songwriter that you use
when penning a song?
Always different.
Q: What do you feel MR has to offer musically?
Well hopefully it will
make you think...And act in your own way...
Q: How many members do you want for your band?
Well considering there’s 3 at present I'd say that works...And it's not my
Band...It doesn’t exist without motherfuckers who feel the SICNESS as well.
Q: What do you want to accomplish through your music?
Touching as many people as possible and PISSING off as many Sheep as
possible.
Q: Will you have an original sound or will someone be able to compare you
with, say Immortal or In Flames?
Well I believe Mind Rape to be completely original not to mention
different...Hopefully the people who have heard it and I aren't alone.
Thanks John for doing this interview with me and much continued success to you
in the future!
